Job Summary:
Actively involved in the SAP S/4HANA implementation project with a focus on the Materials Management (MM) module. Key responsibilities include documenting MM processes, gathering and analyzing functional requirements (BRD), supporting data migration activities, contributing to
- over planning and execution, developing user training materials, providing
- user support, and preparing progress and evaluation reports.

Responsibilities:
Analysis of existing processes and supporting their alignment with SAP S/4HANA functionalities in the Material Management domain, including:
- Procurement: direct and indirect procurement, purchase orders, framework agreements, supplier management.
- Inventory Management: goods receipts, transfers, internal movements, returns, stocktaking.
- Warehouse / Storage Location Management: stock organization by location, traceability, integration with internal logistics.
- Invoice Verification: reconciliation of invoices with purchase orders and goods receipts.
- Internal consumption and production: deliveries to production lines, indirect material management.
- Collaborating with operational teams (procurement, logistics, production planning) to validate process flows.
- Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities: preparing test scenarios, validating MM processes, and reporting issues.
- Providing support for data migration activities: validating master data (materials, suppliers, pricing conditions) and transactional data (stocks, open orders).

1. MM Process Documentation
- Detailed analysis of Procurement, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Invoice Verification, internal consumption, and production processes.
- Comparative presentation of current processes versus those proposed in SAP S/4HANA (GAP Analysis).
- Flowcharts / BPMN or equivalent diagrams to visualize the processes.
2. Functional Requirements (Business Requirements Document BRD)
- Clear and structured specifications for each MM flow.
- Requirements for necessary customizations or extensions in SAP.
- Definition of user roles and responsibilities in SAP MM.
3. Testing Scenarios and UAT Plan
- Definition of test cases for all MM flows.
- Preparation of test data and validation of results.
- Testing reports, highlighting issues and corrective actions.
4. Data Migration Support
- Lists of required master data (materials, vendors, pricing conditions, initial stock).
- Validation and reconciliation files for
- migration checks. - Final report verifying the migrated data.
5. Cut-Over Plan and Support
- Detailed calendar of activities for the transition to SAP.
- Checklists for

6. User Training Materials and Support
- User manuals and procedures.
- Quick Reference Guides.
- Documented training sessions (agenda, materials, participant lists).
7. Progress and Evaluation Reports
- Periodic reports on the status of activities.
- Identification and monitoring of risks.
- Recommendations for optimizing processes and SAP usage.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA implementation/upgrade projects in the Material Management (MM) area, covering the processes mentioned above. In the absence of such experience, solid operational experience (minimum 5 years) in procurement, inventory management, internal logistics, or supplier management is required.
- Ability to understand, document, and optimize complex business flows.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (data analysis, pivot tables, advanced formulas).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Power
Point, Outlook, Teams). - Familiarity with the company's internal IT systems is a strong advantage, enabling rapid integration and a deep understanding of organizational specifics.
Language skills:
- English mandatory (advanced level, written and spoken).
- French and/or Spanish nice to have (conversational level).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills within mixed teams (operational and IT).
