Business Analyst with German

Our client is currently looking for a driven Automation Business Analyst focus to support their clients throughout their automation journey to join their offices in Cluj /Bucuresti. They also offer the option to work remotely.
What you will be doing:
In this role, you will support both presales and project implementation activities, with a focus on delivering exceptional value through automation solutions. All activities will be conducted primarily in German to support client engagements in German-speaking regions.
Business analyst key responsibilities:
--> Requirements Gathering and Process Analysis:
o Engage with clients to understand business requirements, assess processes for automation suitability, and identify optimization opportunities.
o Conduct workshops to document current processes (As-Is) and design optimized future processes (To-Be) with a focus on automation.
--> Solution Design and Documentation:
o Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories for the development team.
o Prepare solution proposals, including
- level designs and business cases with ROI analysis, to demonstrate the value of automation solutions.
--> Sales and Marketing Collaboration:
o Partner with the sales and marketing teams to create persuasive proposals, presentations, and sales materials that clearly communicate RPA value propositions to potential clients.
--> Stakeholder Management and Communication:
o Serve as the main point of contact between the client, project teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.
o Facilitate regular status updates and address stakeholder feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
--> Demonstrations and Proof of Concept (Po
C) Support:
o Work with the RPA team to develop and deliver demos and Po
Cs that showcase tailored RPA solutions to address
- specific challenges.
--> User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Validation:
o Collaborate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that the RPA solution meets business requirements and support clients in testing and validation phases.
--> Change Management and User Training Support:
o Support change management initiatives, including user training and documentation, to drive smooth adoption and successful transition of RPA solutions.
--> Post-Implementation Analysis and Continuous Improvement:
o Conduct
- implementation reviews to assess the success of the automation and provide recommendations for further optimization and expansion opportunities.
--> Industry Awareness and Competitive Insight:
o Stay informed on automation trends, competitive offerings, and industry developments to provide clients with the latest information and relevant RPA solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years professional experience working as a business analyst, preferably within the RPA, automation, or IT services industry, with exposure to presales activities
- Familiarity with leading RPA platforms (e. g. , Ui
Path, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Platform) and understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
- Strong understanding of process analysis, mapping, and reengineering techniques.
- Proficiency in process assessment, requirements gathering, and developing functional specifications.
- Ability to conduct ROI analysis and build business cases to support automation initiatives
- Experience with tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar for process mapping.
- Proficiency in process documentation techniques (BPMN/UML) and experience in preparing business process flows
- Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a
- paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in creating compelling, detailed process documentation
- Able to effectively communicate with both business and technical stakeholders
