‌As a Business Change Consultant,  you'll be instrumental in developing business change strategies for initiatives of varying scales.  

Key Responsibilities

‌‌‌Build and execute change plans efficiently, focusing on
- centric strategies;
Customize communication and training tactics according to project specifics;
Collect feedback to measure the effectiveness of stakeholder management;
Support
- users in transitioning to new ways of working;
Design and implement learning techniques to ensure smooth adoption;
Monitor business readiness and adjust strategies accordingly;
Flag issues that need to be addressed as per the change impact assessment;
‌Contribute to
- implementation reviews and reporting;
Get involved into AI-driven initiatives to increase adoption, capture business benefits and customize change interventions for higher engagement and measurable impact.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Change Management or Transformation; 
Ability to work independently to develop and execute change plans; 
‌Deep understanding of business dynamics and technology interdependencies; 
‌‌Excellent communication and influencing skills; 
Bachelor's degree and relevant professional qualifications in business change management; 
‌Fluent English speaker C1/C2 level.
