- operation with team members and the Product Management Team; Participate actively in all the implementation activities assigned by the Product Manager within the established budget; Responsible for the documents to be attached to the project file throughout the implementation process; Follow up the planning of the activities; Maintain the relationship with the client (ensure that client receives the answer in a timely manner); Archive on the company's file server the documentation of the project, in all phases of the implementation; Adapting the Charisma HCM application to customer requirements (salary schedule configuration, accounting notes, etc. ); Permanently identify and correctly apply the legal requirements applicable to the job; Provide Payroll and HR consulting for the clients in the assigned area; Maintaining and managing the archive and current HR documents at the location of the external client; Use the Charisma application correctly, configure and generate required reports; Track all application updates so that the application is updated according to the latest legislative changes; Participate in internal project reviews to help manage and control the project and review that all procedures and processes are adhered to within the implementation methodology.
