Business Developer W/M - Fertilizer & Agronomic Innovation

Are you passionate about the agricultural sector and its challenges? Are you driven by performance and excited about developing new market opportunities?

Your responsibilities:

Identify, develop and realise new business opportunities to strengthen our presence in the market.

Accompany and support the sales teams in the field to help them achieve their objectives.

Establish and maintain a strong network of partners including agricultural distributors and producers at local, regional or national level.

Represent our brand at professional events and support the delivery of marketing campaigns.

Collaborate with our local and international teams to share best practices and drive innovation.

Profil attendu :

Your profile:

Holding a Master’s degree and over 5 years of experience in product sales.

With, ideally, experience in Agribusiness or a real passion/interest in the agricultural sector and its various stakeholders.

A sense of networking, excelling in the art of communication and negotiation.

The ability to unite teams and stakeholders around ambitious and complex projects.

An entrepreneurial and
- oriented spirit.

Given the international scope of our operations at TIMAC AGRO, strong proficiency in English is required.

Work environment:

Flexible work location in the assigned region.

Frequent travel required (approximately to 4 days per week), including overnight stays.
