Job Description Job Title: Business Development Executive | Integrated Logistics

Location: Bucharest, Romania

Workstyle: Hybrid model: 3 days in office, 2 remote

Reports to: Country Head of Sales About the Employer:

You will join a collaborative, international team that supports global trade and builds efficient supply chains.

Scope of the Role:

Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, business development, negotiation, and closing.

Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities with a focus on integrated logistics and supply chain solutions.

Develop tailored customer value propositions aligned with the company’s wide logistics service portfolio.

Collaborate with local sales, customer service, operations, and finance, while following regional and global agendas.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive the entire selling process from prospecting to contract negotiation and customer onboarding.

Continuously improve customer satisfaction and strengthen
- term relationships.

Ensure smooth handover to internal functions such as Customer Service, Operations, and Finance.

Engage internal teams to maintain clear communication and service level agreements with customers.

Requirements:

Around 5 years of experience in logistics.

Strong sales track record in logistics, ideally with experience across multiple product areas (sea, air, road, rail, warehousing, customs).

Deep understanding of logistics processes and integrated supply chain solutions.

Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, from
- makers to influencers.

Strong commercial and analytical mindset with financial acumen.

Fluent in English and Romanian.

University degree in Economics or related field.

Availability to travel across Romania.
