A global company in the retail industry is expanding its presence and is looking for a Business Development Manager to build and implement a growth strategy from the ground up. If you have experience in identifying top locations and negotiating advantageous contracts, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do:

• - level="1">

  Develop a growth strategy by analyzing markets and identifying the best locations;

• - level="1">

  Build a pipeline & roadmap for new store openings;

• - level="1">

  Negotiate lease agreements to secure
  - effective commercial terms;

• - level="1">

  Collaborate with malls, property owners, and agencies to maximize brand visibility;

• - level="1">

  Manage budgets, contractors, and store setup for successful openings;

• - level="1">

  Act as the main point of contact for all location development projects.

What We’re Looking For:

• - level="1">

  5-10 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a multinational or a top local retailer;

• - level="1">

  Strong market knowledge and
  - established relationships with property owners and agents;

• - level="1">

  Excellent negotiation, market analysis, and project management skills;

• - level="1">

  Advanced proficiency in English and the local language;

• - level="1">

  Experience in Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) is a plus.
