The Business Excellence Management department is the knowledge carrier and enabler for further developments in the entire MHP process landscape. The department member acts as
- house consultants for all MHP employees and is responsible for the quality standards of the company processes. The following tasks await you:
Point page and continuous further development of the documentation and implementation of the BPM passport;
- how and the understanding of process management individualised for the user groups sponsor, owners and experts within the Business Excellence Community;
