About this Role

As a Business Analyst within the VCI organisation at VOIS, the individual will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational effectiveness across product and delivery execution programmes. This role supports

What you will do

• Collaborate with Operational Managers to define goals and business value outcomes.

• Analyse engineering data records and derive actionable insights using
- level metrics.

• Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models using flexible code libraries.

• Ensure
-
- end solutions are fit for purpose and aligned with strategic architecture.

• Report on lifecycle, product, and delivery risks and opportunities.

• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and support
- making processes.

• Oversee data lifecycle management and ensure resilience and performance in design.

• Continuously update delivery teams on business changes.

• Manage senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic roadmaps.

• Promote simplicity and lean practices to eliminate inefficiencies.

• Provide detailed data architecture leadership and mentoring for architects.

What skills you need

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT or technology services.

• Proficiency in Agile methodologies (, Scrum, Kanban).

• Senior-level experience in business and systems analysis within digital environments.

• ITIL Expert certification and transformational experience in data, process, and tooling.

• Experience with Apex, Python, SQL, MSQL.

• Advanced knowledge in predictive analytics and data modelling.

• Expertise in analytics and BI tools and technologies.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with
- dimensional data.

• Proven stakeholder and team management capabilities.

• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).

• Ability to present technical data to
- level stakeholders.

• Understanding of data centre operations, infrastructure delivery, and lifecycle management.
