The opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Transformation Consultant to join our growing team in Romania. In this role, you will support
-
- end transformation projects for our German-speaking clients across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). You will help clients rethink business models, streamline operations, and implement digital solutions to drive efficiency and growth.

This is a
- facing role requiring excellent German and English communication skills, a strong consulting mindset, and proven experience in the transformation space.

• Certification in:

• Familiarity with ESG,
- related transformation projects.

• Experience with nearshore or offshore delivery models.
