We are seeking a dynamic,
- driven Manager to lead and expand our presence in the pharmacy sector.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in medical sales, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for advancing healthcare solutions.

As a key member of our team, you will drive growth, foster relationships, and inspire our sales team to achieve outstanding results in the Over-the-Counter health products market.

Your Role:

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the sales division for OTC, collaborating closely with Group executives.

You will not only drive sales but also play a pivotal role in positioning the company as major player in the OTC healthcare market in Romania.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to accelerate growth and market penetration for our product line.

Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and healthcare stakeholders to maximize market opportunities.

Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor a
- performing sales team to ensure targets are consistently met, and performance is optimized.

Training & Development: Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team, ensuring they meet product knowledge standards and achieve sales objectives.

Market Insights: Continuously track market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behaviour to identify emerging opportunities and refine sales approaches.

Product Availability & Promotions: Oversee product availability and ensure impactful promotional strategies are implemented at retail locations.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to tailor campaigns and promotions that resonate with consumers and drive sales.

Performance Reporting: Track, analyse, and report key sales metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve performance
