Why we need this role
The Carbon Accounting Lead will be a key member of the ESG Team, responsible for ensuring the centralization, consistency, and integrity of carbon data across the organization. This role involves measuring, analyzing, and reporting on Colt’s global carbon footprint, requiring the management of complex data sets across multiple levels—global, country, site, and project.
The primary objective is to implement a structured, controlled, and integrated approach to carbon data management and Net Zero strategy execution across all Colt functions, embedding ESG principles into core business operations. A core focus of this position is to support and monitor our Net Zero strategy, making proven experience in carbon accounting and decarbonization monitoring essential. Strong data analysis, time management, and stakeholder engagement skills are critical to success.
Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks—such as SBTi, CDP, TCFD, and TPT*—is highly desirable, as this knowledge will enhance our ability to meet upcoming EU reporting requirements, collect robust datasets, narratives, and evidence to support internal

What you will do
