Your new role
As a Cardiometabolic Sales Senior Director in the Cardiometabolic Sales department, you will inspire and empower a talented team of sales professionals while shaping and executing bold sales strategies that unlock the full potential of Novo Nordisk’s Cardiometabolic portfolio in the local market.

Your daily key responsibilities include:
- performing Cardiometabolic sales unit, fostering collaboration to achieve all key sales and commercial excellence KPIs.
- functional development and execution of national commercial plans, ensuring strong field force performance and market impact.

- market strategy, including forecasting, KPI tracking, STI cycle planning, and activation of mitigation plans.

The role will be based in Bucharest, Romania and will report directly to the General Manager Romania.
Your new department
The Cardiometabolic Sales team in Romania drives commercial success for Novo Nordisk’s cardiometabolic portfolio, including diabetes, obesity and cardiovascular therapies. We collaborate with
- functional partners across medical affairs, market access, regulatory, supply and corporate functions, plus external stakeholders including healthcare professionals, payers and patient organizations.
