Job Description

Your Mission

As a Cash App Specialist, you will be responsible for the application of customer payments to invoices, resolving payment reconciliations and other AR accounting issues, and interacting with various stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate cash application.

What you'll do at Ui
Path

Perform timely and accurate application of daily receipts and reconcile cash balance to general ledger accounts

Resolve payment reconciliations and other AR accounting matters and follow up with customers/different stakeholders to obtain payment details

Collaborate with various stakeholders, including internal and external Auditors, Credit & Collection, Sales, Treasury, and Billing Departments, in meeting their requirements

Act as a point of contact in relation to the bank and
- party software vendors (Citi, Kyriba) and/or internally with the Automation Department, to identify and resolve
-
- day issues regarding the processing or timing of electronically processed cash receipt files and related bugs/discrepancies

Regularly update policies and procedures for cash application, including the implementation of new automation bots.

Process customer refunds related to duplicate or incorrect payments

Support for a smooth
- close working with all stakeholders involved in the financial closing

What you'll bring to the team

University Degree in one of the following areas Finance / Accounting / Administrative

3 to 5 years of cash application, credit control/risk, accounting, and finance knowledge

Highly analytical, detail oriented and
- solving skills

Good level experience working with Systems and Automation Tools, and business processes required

Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) : mandatory – expert level

Net
Suite/SFDC tools experience is a plus
