- time Human Resources Director in Bucharest we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your HR expertise in a new
- edge field. You’ll report to CEE Human Resources Director and work alongside passionate and supportive teammates.

You'll developing and implementing strategic and operational HR solutions within the framework of ALSTOM HR Strategy. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business to achieve business Quality, Cost and Delivery targets and acts as a change agent to support ongoing organisational and cultural changes and much more.

You’ll specifically be responsible for the deployment in an optimized manner of the HR policies & processes for the Unit in line with the ALSTOM HR guidelines.
