We’re hiring for one of the most dynamic names in next-gen sports media - a fast-scaling startup that’s redefining how fans engage with live sports and gameplay. With 70M+ views last month alone and a rapidly growing audience across MMA, Boxing, NFL, Padel - and now Football and Darts - this is a brand that blends content, community, and wagering into a single, creator-led ecosystem.
As part of this growth, the group is launching Ebaka Games - a new game provider studio - and we’re looking for a CEO (Chief Executive Officer, Game Provider) to lead it from integration to international scale. You’ll shape the commercial direction, partnerships, and strategy from the ground up - driving this venture from early traction to long-term profitability and global relevance.

Compensation: Negotiable (aligned with seniority and experience in gaming)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and market launch of Ebaka Games, the in-house game provider for the holding company
- Rapidly grow the business to profitability by establishing key operator partnerships and revenue streams
- Build and execute a long-term growth strategy - from MVP to a fully scalable commercial operation
- Translate holding-level strategy into clear business initiatives and go-to-market actions
- Build out the commercial function: defining operational goals, commercial roadmap, and market entry strategy
- Position Ebaka Games as a strategic partner for the flagship operator and external clients
- Establish direct relationships with operators (and possibly aggregators) to distribute game content
- Explore and test new growth channels, including affiliate mechanics and gamified funnels
- Ensure timely delivery and "go live" readiness for key partners
- Lead B2B sales processes: from proposal creation to deal negotiation
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Delivery and product teams to align technical, creative, and commercial efforts
- Hire and grow a high-performing team to scale the business and expand internationally
What We’re Looking For:
- Solid background in the gaming industry - ideally with game providers, aggregators, or B2B iGaming operations
- Strong understanding of game content creation, distribution, and monetization (especially instant / crash games)
- Proven track record in commercial leadership or operational roles with a focus on business growth
- Ability to build strategy from scratch - from business model to partnership funnels
- Hands-on mindset: willing to lead and participate in execution of key business processes
- Self-driven, decisive, and focused on outcomes and scale
- Excellent B2B communication skills - meetings, pitches, negotiations
- Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate or higher) for international collaboration
Nice to Have:
- Experience launching a game provider or gaming product from scratch
- Prior success in entering new markets or distribution channels
- Understanding of GGR model, operator contracts, and legal specifics of various GEOs
- Experience building teams and implementing operational infrastructure from zero
- Knowledge of capitalization strategies: business growth, fundraising, potential IPO readiness
