CFO - US
Our Client's company is entering a stage where financial discipline, organizational clarity, and coordinated administrative support are essential to sustaining growth and improving decision-making. To support this evolution, we are seeking a Chief Financial Officer who combines strong financial leadership with the ability to build and oversee the internal systems that keep the organization running smoothly.
The CFO will operate within a family office environment that oversees several operating companies alongside a portfolio of private investments. The role requires an ability to manage core financial operations while also supporting ownership across investment analysis, entity structuring, and ongoing financial stewardship of diverse assets.

Role Overview
The CFO leads the finance function and plays a central role in the organization’s administrative and operational backbone. This includes oversight of multiple operating
companies within the family office structure, as well as financial management and reporting across investment entities,
- level ventures, and other holdings managed by the principals.
This includes responsibility for accounting, reporting, planning, cash management, HR administration, compliance, data quality, and internal process discipline. The CFO will build systems, elevate reporting, improve coordination across departments, and ensure the
company has the information, tools, and workflows needed for sound
- making.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Leadership & Reporting
- Oversee all accounting and finance activities across operating companies and investment entities.
- Ensure all financial reporting adheres to US GAAP standards and manage
- related obligations, working closely with external tax advisors when necessary.
- Establish a structured, timely monthly close process with complete reporting packages.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash planning, and financial analysis across both business and investment structures.
- Develop KPIs and dashboards that provide clear visibility into financial and operational performance.
- Support investment evaluation, modeling, due diligence, and deal execution for new acquisitions and portfolio projects.
- Manage banking relationships, cash controls, treasury practices, and
- entity coordination.
- Coordinate with external accountants, legal advisors, and consultants.
- Recruit, develop, and mentor finance staff as the team grows.
Operational & Administrative Oversight
- Oversee HR administration, hiring processes, onboarding, policy development, and compliance.
- Manage vendor contracts, insurance, corporate filings, and administrative documentation across multiple entities.
- Introduce systems for project tracking, procurement, cost management, and data consistency.

- Lead the company’s planning cycles, including annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for operating companies and investment entities.
- Create structured reporting rhythms and communication standards across departments and portfolio businesses.
- Partner with Sales & Marketing to ensure financial and operational reporting supports commercial goals.
- Improve data quality and establish centralized visibility tools and dashboards.
- Develop scalable data systems and tools that promote consistency, accuracy, and accessibility of information across operating companies and investment entities.
- Work with managers to improve clarity around roles, responsibilities, expectations, and deliverables.
Serve as a steady, objective voice in leadership discussions — focused on execution, clarity, and performance.
