About The Opportunity:

The Change Manager provides essential administrative and coordination support for initiatives focused on enhancing employee engagement, learning, and communication. This role involves assisting with the application of change management principles to ensure projects are
- supported, ultimately aiding in employee adoption and usage. The Coordinator will work with global,
- functional teams, primarily in a support capacity, to help gather information regarding the impacts of change on people, processes, technology, and customer experience. A key responsibility will be to support the consistent application of our change management framework to assist in reducing resistance, minimizing unintended consequences, facilitating communication, and tracking solution adoption.
