Our ideal candidate will have substantial track record of M&A/financing energy/major industrial projects and would overall poses strategic leadership in 6 digits € projects within energy (or another major industrial) sector
Location: Romania, Bucharest
Position Overview
The CEO serves as the primary liaison with the Board of Directors, regulators, industry partners, and government stakeholders, ensuring the company’s reputation and
- term sustainability in a
- critical energy sector
The CEO will provide strategic leadership, operational excellence, and visionary guidance to the organization, driving project implementation while ensuring compliance with the relevant industry standards.
Responsibilities
