- Education:
- Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field required.
- Experience:
- 10+ years of executive experience with a minimum of 5 years as COO or in a similar senior leadership position.
- Proven success leading diverse operations and teams in multinational or multi industry settings.
- Experience in organizational transformation, and stakeholder management.

Role Overview
The Group CEO is responsible for the leadership, and management of the Group and its portfolio of companies. The CEO oversees all business operations, drives growth, ensures profitability, and represents the company with external stakeholders, including investors, partners, and regulators. This role requires a visionary leader who can inspire teams, foster a high-performance culture, and successfully manage transformation across a dynamic and diverse business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership
- Execute the Group’s long-term strategic vision and growth initiatives.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable business plans across divisions.
- Lead the Group through transformational change, innovation, and expansion.
- Corporate Governance & Stakeholder Management
- Maintain transparent and regular communication with the Board of Directors.
- Represent the Group with shareholders, regulators, financial institutions, and external partners.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards and legal obligations.
- Financial Oversight & Value Creation
- Work closely with the Group CFO to manage budgets, investments, and capital allocation.
- Drive profitability and financial performance across the portfolio.
- Oversee major investment decisions.
- Executive Team Leadership
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing executive team.
- Foster collaboration across business units and functions.
- Establish a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Operational Excellence
- Oversee operational performance and process optimization across the Group.
- Ensure effective risk management, internal controls, and performance monitoring.
- Support the implementation of digital transformation and innovation initiatives.
- People & Culture
- Promote a strong organizational culture aligned with company values.
- Support leadership development, succession planning, and talent retention.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across all operations.
- External Representation
- Act as the face of the company in public, industry, and government forums.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and institutions.
- Enhance the company’s reputation, visibility, and influence in the market.
