The Role
We’re looking for a Client Growth Advisor – Drop-In Sessions who has been there and done it building and running an agency.
You’ve:
- Built or scaled your own agency (or similar service business).
- Used cold email and outbound as a core acquisition channel.
- Closed deals yourself and can talk a strong, practical sales game.
In this role, you’ll lead live Drop-In Sessions where multiple clients join to get fast, concrete,
- focused advice on:
- Offer, niche, and positioning.
- Cold email / outbound strategy and troubleshooting.
- Pipeline and sales process.
- How to turn our playbooks and tools into signed deals.
Your core goals on these sessions are to:
- Align on key deliverables and priorities.
- Help clients choose and commit to a marketing method that fits them.
- Set clear expectations and next steps so they leave the call with a 90-day view, not more confusion.
This is a
- time, remote role.
Requirements
What You’ll Do
1. Run High-Impact Drop-In Sessions
- Host live Zoom “Drop-In” rooms where multiple clients join for tactical help.
- Quickly understand different businesses and situations and give clear, direct guidance.
- Keep the session structured,
- track, and focused on decisions (not endless theory). - Make sure each client leaves with specific actions and clarity on what happens next.
2. Review and Validate Core Deliverables
- Review websites, positioning, and branding direction during calls and explain why they are set up in a certain way.
- Walk clients through their Linked
In positioning / profile strategy and help them understand how it ties directly to conversions. - Review lead generation campaigns, lead quality, and early pipeline, and give grounded feedback.
- Get explicit agreement on:
- The marketing method they’re going to run (podcast / workshop / direct etc. ).
- What success looks like over the next 30–90 days.
- Help clients understand and optimize their cold email / outbound funnels (subject lines, copy, targeting,
- ups, volume, and expectations). - Explain
- offs between different outbound methods (volume vs. intent, speed vs. brand, etc. ). - Use your own “I’ve done this” experience to simplify decisions and cut through noise.
- Walk clients through their 90-day plan, connect it to revenue goals, and reinforce priorities (sales, calls, pipeline).
- Translate strategy into weekly actions that compound over time.
- Set realistic expectations about what is required from them vs. what the platform/team does.
- Ensure they know exactly what happens after the call and where to go for ongoing support.
- Juggle multiple clients on a single call while keeping each one seen and guided.
- Quickly switch context between different niches, offers, and models.
- Capture key notes and decisions to hand off to internal teams where needed.
- 3–5+ years building, running, or consulting for an agency or similar online service business.
- Direct experience with cold email / outbound and closing deals yourself.
- Strong sales and consultative communication: you can challenge clients, reframe thinking, and still build trust.
- Ability to manage multiple clients at once on a call and keep structure, pace, and energy high.
- Comfortable screensharing, walking through websites, Linked
In profiles, and outbound campaigns live. - Strong English, written and spoken, with clear, concise communication style.
- Previous experience in coaching, consulting, or client success roles.
- Background in Saa
S, AI, B2B marketing, or
- based agencies. - Familiarity with tools like Instantly, Apollo, Go
High
Level, Hub
Spot, etc. - Experience working with founders /
- stage entrepreneurs. - Clients leave Drop-In Sessions with:
- A confirmed marketing method.
- Agreement on deliverables and what is “in play” now.
- A clear sense of what happens over the next 30–90 days.
- Clients feel guided, not sold to — they trust the process and know where to focus.
- Internal teams receive clean notes and aligned expectations, reducing
