Description:

Marsh is seeking an Client Relationship Executive(Employee Benefits) to join our team in Timisoara.

In this role, you will be responsible for expanding Marsh’s client portfolio across various insurance lines. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will ensure the highest level of service and compliance with Marsh's standards and procedures.

What can you expect:

Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive insights.

Participate in client and prospect meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions for corporate clients.

Identify and actively pursue potential new business opportunities for existing clients and prospects.

What you need to have:

Proven success in sales (B2B) with a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a sales development representative, or relevant experience in business to business environment/ banking;

Excellent written and spoken English; Native Romanian;

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills;

Time management and planning skills;

Dynamic, with initiative, persuasive, team player;

Strong networking and
- building skills;

BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field;

Driving license;
