• Support and advice to our customers in the use of our IT systems in connection with Azure and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Participation in
    - offs and onboarding meetings
  • First point of contact for a defined period after successful migration of customers to the cloud
• Supporting customers with technical questions, including problem analysis and solution finding
• Creating users, enabling access, sharing knowledge with the internal team
• A multifaceted job in which you can develop
  - term solutions
• Taking on additional tasks depending on your interests, e. g. monitoring, telemetry analysis, etc.

• Fluent German skills
• Completed training as an IT specialist or comparable qualification
• Basic knowledge of Azure and Business Central (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)
• Ideally, knowledge of working with public institutions
• Conscientious and reliable work ethic, team player
