Job Description
Mission
As a Cloud Engineer in the Cloud Squad, you are responsible for designing, building, and operating the core cloud platform capabilities at METRO. digital. You ensure product teams can use Google Cloud Platform securely, efficiently, and autonomously while keeping governance, cost transparency, and compliance in place. You work closely with other teams of the organization ( CISO, procurement, legal) to drive security initiatives and integrate
- party providers into METRO’s cloud security governance model. Likewise, you are on the forefront of securing a complex Google Cloud organization and directly work with Google’s engineering teams to shape their governance products.
