Key Responsibilities:

• Active acquisition of new Partners and expansion of the product and service portfolio among existing Partners and their customers
• Building and maintaining
  - term, lasting relationships with Partners and analyzing the needs of Partners and their customers.
• Implementation of assumed sales plans, in line with the company’s strategy
• Management of the process of negotiation and renegotiation of contracts
• Preparation of presentations and offers
• Active creation of interest in technological solutions and analysis of market trends
• Opportunity to take ownership of strategic initiatives and grow into a leading role within the team or organization

Our Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in selling comprehensive IT solutions to business clients
• Substantive knowledge in the area of ​​sales of Microsoft services and products
• Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques and sales processes
• Ease of establishing relationships and communication skills
• Knowledge of English and Romanian, minimum B2
