Cloud Service Manager
The Cloud Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the management and strategic alignment of cloud services, specifically focusing on Oracle OCI and Azure Cloud platforms. This role requires a keen understanding of Fin
Ops and the ability to align it with Technology Business Management (TBM).
Key Responsibilities:
Promote Cloud Utilization and Innovation
Actively advocate for the adoption and innovative use of cloud technologies across the organization. This includes identifying opportunities for
- based solutions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring that teams are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to leverage cloud services effectively
Drive Cloud Strategy and Management
Develop and implement cloud strategies aligned with organizational goals, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and
- efficiency.
Oversee the management of Oracle OCI and Azure Cloud platforms, ensuring seamless integration and operation.
Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards for cloud services across the organization.
Monitor cloud performance and usage, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.

Ops and Technology Business Management (TBM)
Drive the alignment of Fin
Ops practices with TBM to ensure effective financial management and accountability within cloud services.
Develop and implement cost optimization strategies to maximize the value of cloud investments.
Collaborate with finance teams to create and manage budgets for cloud services, providing transparency and control over expenditures.
Analyze cloud spending and provide insights to drive
- saving initiatives.
Cloud Adoption and Developer Experience
Promote and nurture cloud adoption across the organization by providing guidance, resources, and support to various teams.
Create and maintain a robust developer experience by fostering an environment that supports innovation and efficiency.
Develop training programs and workshops to educate teams on cloud best practices and new technologies.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure cloud services meet their needs and enhance productivity.
Procurement and Cloud Marketplaces
Support procurement efforts by leveraging cloud marketplaces to source and manage cloud services efficiently.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with cloud service providers to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
Monitor and evaluate vendor performance, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and organizational standards.
Stay informed about emerging cloud technologies and marketplace offerings to make informed procurement decisions.
Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Background
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
(A master's degree is preferred)
Relevant certifications in cloud services, such as Oracle OCI and Azure Cloud certifications.

Ops certification or relevant experience in financial management
