The Role
We’re looking for a Growth & Outbound Specialist who can build and manage our cold outreach system from the ground up. You’ll experiment with new channels, build automations, personalize outreach with AI, and help us reach the right founders and marketing leaders at the right time.
That means:
- Sourcing and segmenting leads of DTC brand owners, operators, and marketing heads
- Writing and testing cold outreach copy that gets replies
- Setting up automation flows
- Booking qualified calls for our sales team
- Testing and owning different outreach channels like email, Linked
In and other social DM's, voicemail drops, direct mail, and more

Requirements
What You'll Be Doing
- Build and manage cold outreach campaigns using Lemlist (email) and Active
Campaign (lead nurturing) - Source and segment lead data using tools like Apollo, Clay, or Linked
In Sales Navigator - Write, test, and optimize cold email sequences +
- ups - Automate workflows between Lemlist → Active
Campaign → Calendly → Active
Campaign Deals/Click
Up - Track key metrics (open, reply,
- booked rates) and iterate based on performance - Collaborate with leadership to refine ICPs, messaging, and targeting
- Identify new outbound opportunities (Linked
In, partnerships, etc. )
Ideal Background
- 2+ years of experience in growth, outbound, demand gen, or SDR roles (agency or Saa
S preferred). - Experience using Lemlist, Active
Campaign, Clay, or similar tools for outreach and automation. - Strong written English — able to write natural, personalized cold emails that don’t sound like spam.
- Comfortable learning new tools and managing workflows (Zapier, Slack, Calendly, Google Sheets, Click
Up, etc. ). - Analytical and organized — you track what works and build repeatable systems.
- Bonus: You’ve worked with DTC or e
Commerce brands before.
