What you will enjoy doing

• In this role, you will proactively review accounts with outstanding balances
• Identify clients with overdue payments and prioritize
  - ups based on risk, amount, and age of the debt
• Reach out to customers via phone, email, or other communication channels to remind them of overdue payments
• Professionally handle customer inquiries regarding account balances, invoices, and payment terms
• Analyze customer accounts and decide whether they should be handed over to a debt collection agency
• You will provide the customer with the requested information and documents
• Further, you will maintain a close relationship with colleagues from the sales department

What makes you great

• You have great communication skills, both written and verbal
• Mandatory advanced level of German language (C1)
• You have experience in the cash collections field
• Moreover you have good knowledge of MS Office package (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power
  Point)
• Strong operational knowledge of SAP
• You have the ability to work efficiently in a
  - paced,
  - driven environment and to learn fast and adapt easily
