We are looking for Collections Process Lead with Dutch, a mid / senior level position for all F&A enthusiasts. Qualifications

What do you need to start?

• Detail oriented mind with strong analytical skills;
• Fluent English and French (min. B2);
• Good organizational skills, ability to work in tight deadlines and fast paced environment;
• Previous experience in Collections area;
• It’s not essential, but we appreciate if you also have Bachelor / Masters degree in Finance / Accounting / Management field.

Job Responsibilities

What duties will help you grow as an expert?

• Look for and gather key data and conducts a structured analysis;
• Be aware of the business context for the analyzed data and can draw insights and makes relevant recommendations with coaching;
• Understand the cost drivers of the services and supports effective usage of them in the service delivery;
• Understand KPI measures and their impact on profitability;
• Identifies and escalates
