Job summary
Reporting to the EMEA Deal Operations Center (DOC) Director, the Commercial Contract Services Manager is a critical leadership role responsible for guiding and developing the team that provides contractual support to the Sales organization as outlined by the Operating Procedure and in alignment with Legal Department guidelines. You will lead a team of Contracts Generalists, Specialists, and Experts, fostering a culture of excellence, partnership, and continuous improvement. This role is responsible for the overall performance and operational efficiency of the commercial contracts function supporting EMEA, acting as a key advisor to Sales leadership and ensuring the team effectively manages risk while accelerating deal velocity.
