We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Community & Office Executive to join our team. The role combines digital communication, community engagement, and light administrative support to ensure the smooth execution of our programs and campaigns.

You might be the one if:

• You have 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media or community management.
• You bring on the table some mandatory stuff: Romanian fluency and excellent writing skills, advanced English.
• You know your way around Canva or other online design tools, social-media platforms, and Microsoft Office – pretty advanced.
• You love writing, organizing, and connecting with people.
• You enjoy learning and care about personal and professional development; you are going to have a lot to enjoy in these directions, we’ll take care about that!
• You’re reliable, detail-oriented, and bring a positive energy to work.

Your daily mix & key responsibilities:

• Write and post cool stuff on LinkedIn, Insta, Facebook and… other social media environments.
• Help run campaigns that get people talking (and clicking).
• Build and keep our communities buzzing — chats, webinars, small online and offline events.
• Support our consultants with contracts, invoices, and reports.
• Coordinate with partners, providers, and clients so everything flows nicely.
