Compliance Coordinator
The Compliance Assistant - Insurance and Claims is responsible for supporting the company’s insurance compliance and risk management functions. This position works closely with the insurance broker and internal departments to ensure all required insurance policies are secured, maintained, and renewed on time. The role also manages certificates of insurance (COIs), coordinates with Accounting on policy payments, assists with audits and inspections, and supports claims administration to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
