What your day will look like

The Compliance Officer plays a key role to ensure that the company maintains its existing certifications which a large number of clients mandate as a requirement when contracting with Thinkproject.

Main Responsibilities:

Shall help to facilitate all internal and external audits/tests as required.

Ensure a quick turnaround of client tenders.

Help ensuring that the company improves its Compliance setup (both in terms of regulations as well as communications/trainings).

Work on the company’s core processes to ensure that risks, incidents, suppliers, etc are continually improved and allow the business to be efficient and secure. Shall help to drive the cultures of Quality,

Security and Continuity through the business.

Help to maintain continuing compliance with all existing management systems and

Certifications (for example ISMS).

Facilitate all internal and external audits.

Drive all quality, security and continuity aspects of client tenders.

Help to drive a change in the culture of security, quality and continuity internally within the business.

Work with all teams within the business to ensure that we are fulfilling Thinkproject’s need for security at an operational level.

Provides administrative assistance to senior Compliance team members.

Embody the attitude of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement.

Be able to support the translation of contractual/ISO standard requirements into working business processes.

Identify when matters need to be escalated to senior members of the Compliance Team.

Assist in achieving satisfactory Compliance KPIs.

What you need to fulfill the role

Qualifications:

Previous
- based auditing experience 

2 years previous experience of maintaining an ISO management system 

Experiences of working within a process orientated company 

Must be able to write and speak English to a high standard 

A keen eye for detail 

Highly organised 

Problem solver 

Ability to construct compliant processes and procedures 

Prior experience of working with management systems software
