Nestlers is hiring an Immigration consultant based in Bucharest. The main responsibility would be to ensure that the clients avoid any legal issues that may occur concerning their immigration processes, by supporting them to obtain any immigration-related documents.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Immigration Consultant specializing in Romanian immigration processes. The successful candidate will provide expert guidance and support to clients seeking various types of visas, residency permits, and citizenship applications for Romania. The role involves assessing client eligibility, preparing necessary documentation, and ensuring compliance with immigration laws and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide consultation services to clients regarding Romania’s immigration processes, including work permits, residence permits, work visas, family reunification, and business visas.
- Assess client eligibility and recommend the most suitable immigration options based on individual circumstances.
- Assist in preparing and submitting applications to relevant Romanian immigration authorities.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with Romanian immigration regulations.
- Stay updated on Romanian immigration laws, policies, and procedural changes.
- Liaise with Romanian government agencies, embassies, and consulates as needed.
- Support clients throughout the immigration process, providing timely updates and addressing their concerns.
- Maintain client records and case files with strict confidentiality.
- Provide post-landing services, including guidance on residency registration, tax identification, and integration assistance.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Law, International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in immigration consultancy, legal services, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Romanian immigration laws and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client cases efficiently.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Romanian and other languages is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with document preparation, legal drafting, and case management software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with Romanian government agencies or legal firms handling immigration matters.
- Understanding of international mobility, corporate relocation, and expatriate services.
