Join Our Deals Team – Consultant, Transaction Services (Pw
C Romania)

Are you ready to make an impact in the world of Deals? At Pw
C Romania, we help clients navigate complex transactions and create sustainable value. We’re looking for a Consultant to join our Transaction Services team, specializing in financial due diligence and connected services.

What you will be doing:

Analyze financial statements and key metrics (EBITDA, Net Working Capital, Net Debt).

Prepare sections of the financial due diligence reports (buyside-sell-side) and deliver insights to clients.

Collaborate with tax, legal, and other Pw
C teams for integrated solutions.

Research industries and companies to support
- profile transactions.

What we need from you:

2–5 years of experience in financial audit, finance or accounting.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Solid knowledge of Romanian Accounting Standards (IFRS is a plus).

Excellent English communication skills.

Advanced Excel skills; Power BI / Alteryx / Gen
AI tools are a plus.

ACCA student status is an advantage.
