Job Description

• Grow a brand presence with a modern and consistent aesthetic to all of our marketing material
  
  
• Elevate user engagement through compelling design that captures attention, communicates value, and guides users through their journey 
  
  
• Deliver performance growth by supporting our lead generation, customer nurturing, and brand awareness objectives
  
  

• Data-Informed Creation: Use customer insights, trends and best practices to devise, create & develop the D. engage brand growth.
  
  
• Design & Go-to-Market Strategies: Plan, support & create effective designs that engage our target audience and deliver success.
  
  
• Branding & Visuals: Ensure all designs maintain a consistent and modern Saa
  S brand identity.
  
  
• Digital Design: Create digital assets for social media, advertising, email, and documents.
  
  
• Web Design: Design and update web pages with a focus on visual appeal and user experience.
  
  
• Event & Presentation Assets: Design presentation templates and event visuals for both virtual and
  - person events.
  
  
• Project Ownership: Lead design projects from start to finish, both independently and with the team.
  
  
• Partner with external marketing and web teams to design, test and evolve our brand creative.
  
  

• Experience working in a B2B Saa
  S company is essential.
  
  
• You care about driving growth and results.
  
  
• You have a solid foundational knowledge in content design with a solid understanding of UX principles and a passion for creating seamless user journeys.
  
  
• You will be an artistic and creative thinker who is comfortable using data to measure success and inform design choices.

• You can work independently and lead a task, but you also excel as part of a team.

Requirements

• 4 to 5 years of experience in this position.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field, or Master’s degree in relevant field.  
  
  
• Proven experience designing marketing assets, journeys and campaigns.
  
  
• Strong experience with Figma, In
  Design, Illustrator, Canva etc.
  
  
• Strong project management, multitasking, and
  - making skills.
  
  
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  
  
• Metrics-driven creative mind.
  
  
• Experience with a Mar
  Tech or marketing automation platform is highly preferred.
