To enrich our Operations department of the Marquardt Group located in Sibiu we are looking for you as

Continuous Improvement Specialist

Qualifications:

• University degree - engineering,

economics is an advantage;

• Minimum 5 years experience in processes,

manufacturing, continuous improvement;

• Knowledge and experience of LEAN &

Six Sigma principles (Gemba Walk, 5S, VSM, SMED);

• LEAN-GBSS certification is an advantage;

• Knowledge of operating systems: Excel,

SAP;

• Experience in Digital Data Technologies

systems: data collection, tracking,
- interpretation;

• Good communication and collaboration

skills;

• Minimum 3 years leadership experience:

communication, collaboration,
- consulting, coaching at management

level;

• Cross-functional experience Process, Quality, Procurement, Logistics is an advantage;

• Advanced knowledge of English;

Responsibilities

• Promotes the improvement process, based

on LEAN methods and tools;

• Identify improvement opportunities in

Gemba, document projects, carry out 5S, Kaizen, Gemba Walk, give consulting,

training and systematically monitor results;

• Participate and perform improvement

activities, both as moderator, Team Member and Project Manager;

• Analyze and evaluate the results of

improvement actions and projects in

order to create Best Practice;

• Provides support and works closely with

Project Managers on project documentation;

• Communicates and collaborates with both

the company's operational teams (operations, quality and logistics) and other

functions;

• Promotes and supports internal MOS

(Marquardt Operating Systems) and the development of best practices;
