Job Summary:

The successful candidate will join the Bucharest Legal Support Center (LSC) where, under the supervision of a Team Manager and the Legal Support Center Manager, will be responsible to provide legal assistance and advice in support of operations in SLB Europe & Africa markets. Scope of work includes the drafting and/or review and negociation of customer contracts, in line with SLB’s policies and contracting standards, as well as general legal matters relevant to a SLB’s business profile.



Location:  this role is based in Bucharest, Romania. The employee will be hired in Romania with compensation and benefits competitive within the Romanian legal market.





Essential Responsibilities and Duties:



On a general note, the LSC scope of work covers contracts review and drafting (both customer and supplier contracts) as well as general legal support, including implementation of the company’s ethics and compliance program, legal knowledge management, disputes and litigation, and corporate legal tasks.
