A Day in the Life

As an Intern, you will support our Tender Team with the
- related aspects of the tender process. Your contribution will help Medtronic Romania serve patients faster and more efficiently by ensuring that critical products are delivered on time. The goal is to prepare accurate and timely contracts and tender documents, playing a key role in supporting patient access.

 

Internship details:

• Start date:
- September

• Duration: 6 months 

• Working hours: 5, 5 hours per day 

• Working model: hybrid (3 days in the office) 

• Location: Bucharest

 

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: 

Providing administrative support for the Tender Department, including data entry, tracking contract requirements, document archiving, and other
- related administrative tasks.  

• Supporting contract management 

• Contributing to Tender documents preparation

• Assisting with the
-
- day activities of Tender department

• Providing general administrative support for the Tender team in a professional manner

• Sorting and processing incoming contract correspondence (e-mails) 

Required Knowledge

• Recently graduated or in the last year of study 

• Fluent in Romanian

• Intermediate level in English

• Eager to learn & develop

• Good knowledge of MS Tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)

 

Would be a plus 

• Legal, paralegal, administrative, medical or technical background is welcome but not required.
