- related Contract Services to MEA world area, with minimal levels of supervision.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Reviews, drafts and negotiates agreements and transaction documents in compliance with applicable policies and legal and ethical standards, with minimal supervision by more senior Contract Services staff, including in: Responding, within established guidelines, to customers’ RFP/RFQs, vendor qualification documents and contractual requests; Drafting and negotiating with customers, appropriate contractual language to reflect the business interests and policies of the parties;

Takes the Contracts Lead role on Less complex international and
- BU project contracts; Less complex frame agreements (single WA);

Takes the Contracts Lead role (including the Global Contracts Lead role on GSAP accounts) on more complex projects and frame agreements as experience develops;

Interfaces with customers, members of the legal team and other Emerson partners to bring deals to closure;

Analyses business, financial, and legal risks;

Researches information on existing agreements and contractual programs, assisting with analysis and compiling data for reports;

For This Role, You Will Need:

- years of work experience in a
- related role

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in related field

Intermediate MS Office skills

Excellent oral and written English language skills

Experienced negotiation skills

Extensive knowledge of Contract law & principles

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

Commercial provisions such as warranty, liquidated damages/penalties, payment & freight terms, documentary credits and bank guarantees/sureties

Completion of IACCM Contract and Commercial Management (CCM) Training Program to Practitioner Level strongly preferred

Experience in a complex Matrix organization

Additional language skills
