Corporate Security Manager Eastern Europe
Job Description
Purpose of the Role
- Lead the delivery of the E-EU security program to ensure maximum support for E-EU businesses through program solution deployment.
- Manage the
- based,
- driven deployment of Corporate Security programs: People Protection, Site Security, Anti-Illicit Trade, and Crisis Management across E-EU, - Utilize appropriate
- functional collaboration with Legal, Supply, Procurement, Sales and Marketing, Corporate Affairs, and Facilities Management to enhance security results. - Educate, influence, and support stakeholders at all levels on all security matters
- Develop and sustain external networks in E-EU, including industry associations, law enforcement agencies, and security professional communities.
- Measure, monitor, and report on the effectiveness of security programs.
Key Responsibilities
We all have a critical role to play and add value. Here is how this role will help:
- Manage E-EU People and Site security programs with the subsequent focus:
- Anticipate threat and support intel dissemination, manage risks and address security improvement plans, respond to critical incidents, and lead complex investigations including insider threat cases
- Promote sustainable employee security awareness
- Empower the business to take ownership and lead its site security improvement plans.
- Manage the E-EU Security Crisis Management program with the subsequent focus:
- Work closely with the Corporate Security Global Security Crisis Centre to manage emerging issues effectively.
- Conduct crisis tabletop exercises using the Corporate Security tool for the relevant country crisis teams.
- Assist with crisis response and
- crisis recovery efforts
- Lead management of the Anti-Illicit Trade program for E-EU with the following focus:
- Support the business in improving E2E Anti-Illicit Trade.
- Maximize intelligence to create a greater impact (big fish) by physically seizing illicit products.
- Ensure cooperation and coordination between the local business, legal entities, and authorities
- Closely collaborate with AIT Investigator as well as AIT analysts.

- At least five years' experience working in Corporate Security in a leadership position
- Master's degree preferred
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Experience in engagement with multiple management levels across technical users and business units
- As a plus, experience working for authorities in the field of Anti-Illicit Trade
- People/stakeholder management skills
- Excellence in planning and execution skills
- Strong Project Management skills
- Ability to develop and evolve
