The Cost Performance Lead plays a key role in ensuring our European supply network maintains cost competitiveness and resilience. This position owns Net Material Inflation (NMI), savings realization, and major cost and supply health KPIs. The role drives
- led improvement initiatives and acts as the primary strategic partner between Supply Network Design, Engineering, Product Management, Finance, and regional operations.

This role is critical to material margin expansion, cost efficiency, and execution of Supply Network Design & Performance strategy.
