DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES design and document the workflow and make the necessary recommendations, which will have a positive impact on the operations track and analyze the trends of the business process and make the proper recommendations for a positive impact on the business coordinate the development of all the approved versions of business specifications for specific applications
revise the cases and other technical documents together with the employees from the IT department, in order to make sure that the business requests are properly reflected in the documents that contain the technical planning
develop efficient reporting applications for the business unity work under the supervision of a department manager, who will have the right to check and manage his daily workload
have access to a databases containing highly confidential information and shal keep data privacy during the employment contract and its post completion REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Excellent verbal and written English skills (B2 upwards) Advanced knowledge of Excel
Knowledge of data analysis and workload
Knowledge regarding employees' continued presence and report writing concerning the unpredicted and uncontrolled reduction of the workforce
Knowledge of centralized timetable writing by using data analysis
Able to plan workloads and organize the workforce in such a way that it covers the loads
Able to
- up reports concerning performance indicators
Able to
- up reports related to operations and achievement of the objectives
Able to solve access requests for the support departments
Able to solve access requests for legal holidays
Able to

Knowledge of bonus calculation
IVR data processing and analysis
Knowledge of application testing of inserted demands (tickets).
