Who You Are

• You’re a high-energy business builder with a commercial mindset and leadership ambition.
• Experience in B2C sales (preferably in a sector with a long and complex sales cycle)
• 3–6 years in a sales leadership or commercial management role
• Comfortable working with numbers: budgets, targets, profitability, and performance indicators
• Entrepreneurial spirit – proactive, hands-on, and willing to get involved in every aspect of the business
• Strong communicator and team builder
• Fluent in English and Native Romanian
• Based in Bucharest
• Bonus if you’ve helped launch a new business, product, or market – or worked in a startup or scale-up environment.

The Opportunity

This is a unique chance to build a company from the ground up, with a proven business model behind you — and autonomy in front of you.

You will be responsible for:

• Setting up and managing our Romanian branch
• Leading the sales strategy – recruiting and coaching your own sales team, driving pipeline growth and conversions
• Overseeing financial performance: budgeting, P&L, margin optimization, and cash flow
• Recruiting key roles: sales, estimating, construction, admin – and building a high-performance culture
• Managing day-to-day operations: office, systems, partners, workflows
• Monitoring KPIs across departments and adjusting the strategy as needed
• Representing DPE on the Romanian market – with customers, subcontractors, and strategic partner
• This is both a sales leadership role and a GM role
