Commerce brand in the health & wellness space, trusted by thousands of customers worldwide. Paid media is one of our biggest growth drivers — and we’re looking for a Creative Strategist to spearhead the creative direction behind our campaigns.

What You’ll Do- Lead the creative vision for paid media campaigns across Meta, Tik
Tok, You
Tube, and new platforms. - Produce
- stopping creative briefs that define hooks, emotional triggers, and testable concepts. - Collaborate with our creative and media buying teams to deliver ad content at scale.
- Build and manage iterative creative testing frameworks (A/B, multivariate), analysing performance to refine and improve CTR, ROAS, CPA.
- Stay ahead of platform updates, cultural trends, and creative best practices.
- Present insights and creative performance reports to stakeholders regularly.
- Ensure all creative aligns with brand values and drives measurable results.
What We’re Looking For- 3+ years in creative strategy for paid media within e-commerce/DTC.
- Hands-on experience across Meta, Tik
Tok, and other paid media channels. - A strong portfolio of successful paid campaigns (beauty, cosmetics, or wellness a plus).
- Ability to translate data into creative direction — and creative vision into measurable impact.
- Skilled at briefing, testing, and optimising creative at scale.
- Strong communication, organisation, and collaboration skills in
- paced environments. - Bonus: Experience with You
Tube, Snap, Google Ads, or DV360.
