We are looking for a Credit & Collection Specialist to join our local team on a 6-month temporary contract. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain
- on experience in credit control and collection processes. If you're

What your day will look like

Main responsibilities

Assist in managing and improving the accounts receivable process, including tracking and reconciling payments.

Monitor overdue accounts and follow up with clients to secure payments.

Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and written correspondence regarding outstanding balances and payment arrangements.

Investigate and resolve discrepancies or disputes related to invoices or payments.

Collaborate with the billing team, sales, and customer service teams to address client inquiries and resolve billing issues promptly.

What you need to fulfill the role

Background:

Prior experience is not mandatory; however, initial practical exposure to finance through an internship or a working student role would be an advantage.

Professional with an educational foundation in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting

Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.

Approachable, flexible and communicative.

Keen to take responsibility and work independently.

Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages such as French, Spanish, or German is a plus.
