The Credit and Collections Analyst supports the financial goals of n
Vent, specifically through ensuring the orderly flow of outbound orders and collection of amounts due from n
Vent’s customers.  This role is a customer facing role in partnership with n
Vent’s other teams.   Activities include direct interaction with external customers and internal partners to ensure the flow of outbound orders and collection of invoices is balanced, controlled and within the customer’s defined risk profile. In this position, you will get to:

• Manage customer accounts to the assigned credit limit
• Review and disposition orders on credit hold
• Engage customers to obtain payment for past due invoices
• Interface with customers regarding account issues
• Fulfill customer documentation requests related to invoices and payment
• Interface with Business Teams regarding customer delinquency issues
• Participate in process improvement projects as assigned

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Finance, or Economics
• 3-5 years credit & collection experience in
  -
  - business trade credit environment
• General knowledge of credit and collections practices
• General knowledge of credit risk abatement tools such as guarantees, letters of credit, etc.
• Advanced French and English language skills
• Experience with credit reporting agencies such as D&B, Experian, BVD, Coface
• Experience with Get Paid, JDE, Infor M3, Mac
  Pac, SAP ERP systems helpful
• Ability to assess risk of extending credit in moderately complex situations
• Ability to recognize developing risk situations that may warrant review or suspension of customer’s credit line
• Ability to compel customer payments
• Ability to balance business opportunities with risk management
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Word, and Power
