- on internship experience? Our Order to Cash Team is seeking a motivated intern to join us and gain valuable insights into the field

The Order to Cash Credit Intern is responsible for supporting credit and collection activities included in the Order to Cash (OTC) process for the Molson Coors organization.

The internship will take place over a period of 4 months, with a 4-hour daily schedule.

Molson Coors is a leading brewer with 18, 000+ employees, 30+ breweries and 130+ beer brands, consumed in more than 50 countries. Our GBS history in Romania started in 2017, when Molson Coors Global Business Services was established in Bucharest, and since then we have become a 650 people strong organization and growing continuously.

Your activities within the team can vary from:

• Understand Daily management of Sales orders on hold;
• Review and authorize credit for new customers and payers;
•  Manage requests of credit reviews and perform periodic and formal credit reviews;
• Assist senior colleagues in providing advice and recommendations to sales management regarding customer accounts identified to present high risk for Molson Coors financial loss under credit sales terms;
• Ensure timely collections of debts and escalation to relevant parties involved (Collection Agencies, Sales, Legal etc. );
• Bad Debt Management and preparation of relevant documentation;
• Manage bankruptcies within guidelines established by bankruptcy courts;
• Perform bad debt and payment trend analysis to reduced
  - offs; 
• Maintain and update SOP/QRG as per agreed approval flows.

SKILLS & RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE  

• Graduate or actively working towards a Bachelor’s or master’s in finance.

• Language Skills: English B2, French C1; 

• Good Excel skills.

• Analytical and
  - solving skills; 

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills;      

• Proactive,
  - orientated, and
  - oriented.
• Aptitude for math, and proficiency with computers.
