Key Responsibilities:
• Work together with Stakeholders:
Communicate with business stakeholders to learn about their needs. Compile specific business requirements, then record them for later examination.
• Data Collection and Analysis:
Gather and analyze data from many sources to spot patterns, trends, and insights that can guide business choices and workflow enhancements.
• Draft Requirement Outlines:
Provide thorough specifications covering functional and

- new systems and system upgrades.
• Business Process Mapping:
To show current workflows and pinpoint areas for automation or improvement, create thorough models of business processes.
• Find Process Improvements:
Examine current corporate procedures to find inefficiencies and suggest improvements to boost output and cut expenses.
• Create and Execute Solutions:
Create and execute solutions that tackle recognized business requirements and process inefficiencies, guaranteeing congruence with overarching company objectives
• Stakeholder Communication:
Act as a point of contact for IT teams and business stakeholders, facilitating the efficient exchange of technical solutions and business requirements.
• Project Documentation:
Keep thorough records of business requirements, process models, project plans, and solution designs to facilitate project implementation and provide future reference.
Requirements:
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with SAP (mandatory), Power BI, SELF, JIRA (nice to have);
• Experience of 3–5 years in a Business Process Analyst or Business Analyst role, experience in process/procedure improvement projects, and SAP implementation would be a strong advantage;
• Soft Skills - patience, active listening, curiosity and willingness to ask questions, initiative, ability to express and defend opinions, and persuasive communication;
• Language: English – conversational level.
