Hiring for Customer service advisors for our new office opening in Iasi.
You’ll handle inbound calls on behalf of Electric Ireland, Ireland’s largest electricity and gas supplier with nearly 1. 2 million customers.
Types of calls include:
- Billing queries – e. g. , understanding charges, payment dates, and billing cycles
- Account updates – setting up direct debits, changing contact info, moving premises
- Meter readings and usage – logging meter readings, discussing estimated vs. actual usage
- Payment support – helping customers make payments, set up payment plans, or resolve arrears
- Tariff & product info – providing guidance on available plans or switching products
- General service issues – answering queries on disconnections, service changes, or energy supply concerns

Requirements:
- university degree completed
- minimum 5 months of experience in a similar role
- advanced English (B2–C1).
Work Schedule:
- Monday–Friday: 10: 00 AM – 10: 00 PM (8-hour shifts, including Saturday rotation)
- Saturday: 11: 00 AM – 7: 00 PM (reduced team)
- Sunday: day off for all employees
